Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Genius Network, we’re committed to delivering fast, reliable, and customer-friendly internet services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your service or request a refund. Our policy ensures a smooth and transparent experience for all our users.

Cancellation Policy – No Strings Attached!

We value flexibility and customer satisfaction. Here’s how cancellation works with Genius Network:

For New Connections (Before Installation):

  • If installation has NOT yet been completed, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • You will receive a 100% refund, processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Just contact our support team via call, WhatsApp, or email.

For Active Connections (After Installation):

  • If you cancel within 7 days of activation, you may receive a partial refund (excluding installation/setup
    charges).
  • If you cancel after 7 days, your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • No refund is issued for unused days if the service is cancelled mid-month.

Equipment Return Policy

  • If you were provided with any equipment (router, modem, ONU), it must be returned in working condition.
  • If not returned or found damaged, charges may be deducted from your refund.

Eligible Refunds:

Full Refunds:
Applicable for cancellations before installation.

Partial Refunds:
May be issued in case of persistent service issues after troubleshooting.

Non-Refundable:

  • Installation & setup fees.
    Subscription fees after the service has been used.
  • Equipment charges (if not returned).

 

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Amount will be credited via the original payment method.

Plan Change & Downgrade Policy:
We offer you the freedom to upgrade or downgrade your internet plan.

Upgrading:
The new plan will be activated immediately.

Downgrading:
The new plan will apply from your next billing cycle.

Note: No refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades.
